First and foremost, JDAILY Inc, is a Canadian-based company, governed by Canadian law, that creates products, services, and experiences, for those who are 18 years of age or older. We here at JDAILY care deeply about your privacy and we want to ensure you know exactly what information we gather and why we need it. There may be other policies that apply to certain services that we provide, or we may link to third parties who may have their own policies. JDAILY is always working to offer new products and services to users and may from time to time need to update this Privacy Policy. JDAILY operates within a regulated environment, for those 18 years of age and older.
